Marian May Finale: The Humility That Undoes Hell

How Mary Dismantles Pride and Drains Satan’s Power

Pride fuels hell. Humility starves it. As we enter Humility Month, we follow the one who chose surrender over self—and crushed the serpent beneath her heel.

A Woman of No Reputation

Mary didn’t seek fame. She didn’t demand credit. She never promoted herself.

She simply magnified the Lord.

At the very moment when the world changed forever—when Gabriel appeared with the invitation to carry the Messiah—Mary didn’t step forward with credentials, proof of purity, or a platform. She didn’t shout, “Look what I did to earn this!”

She whispered, *"Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. Let it be done to me according to your word."

That sentence cracked open heaven.

That sentence burned through Satan’s strategy.

Because pride is Satan’s native tongue. But Mary answered in surrender.

The Undoing of Eden

Satan seduced Eve with pride: *"You will be like God."

Mary answered with humility: *"I am the servant of the Lord."

The first woman reached for glory. The new Eve yielded to grace.

And in that yielding, she began to reverse everything.

Every time Mary appears in Scripture or in history, she comes not to exalt herself but to bring us to Jesus. Or Jesus to us, as I found out.

But in that humility, she terrifies the enemy.

Because humility is the one thing he can’t fake. He has no access to it.

And when someone walks in humility, they walk in a power he can’t touch.

The Humility Month Shift

Starting tomorrow, we begin Humility Month. Not a cute campaign. Not a pity party. But a divine reset.

Because humility isn’t weakness.

It’s how God moves.

In fact, it’s the only posture from which we can:

  • Receive grace

  • Reflect Christ

  • Be trusted with spiritual power

Jesus said, *"Learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble of heart."

If we want to carry His love, His truth, His mission—we start there.

What Mary Teaches Us

Mary isn’t just a model of humility. She’s a weapon forged in it.

She said yes without needing a spotlight. She served without needing applause. And because of that, she was chosen to bear the Savior of the world and stand victorious beneath His Cross.

We don’t need to inflate ourselves.

We just need to be willing.

And when we humble ourselves like Mary, we drain pride from our spirits—and starve hell itself.

Coming Up

Tomorrow, we launch Humility Month with a line you won’t forget:

"Pride is the pandemic. Humility is the cure."

We’ll explore what real humility looks like. How it heals. How it restores. And how the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary still invite us to live in mercy, grace, and power.

This is no accident. June is traditionally dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus—a heart burning with love, pierced for our sins, and pulsing with divine humility.

And after what you just read in our last post… you know exactly why that devotion means so much to me.

We'll be sharing more this month about that Heart—and what happens when you give yours in return.

Because the world doesn't need louder voices.

It needs quieter hearts.

Ready for a different kind of revolution?

The revolution begins when we lay down our pride.
Grace lifts us up.
Humility brings us healing.
