(5.5) So… You’re Ready to Heal? Meet the Heart That Can Handle It.
You’ve come this far.
You’ve started to see pride for what it really is—not strength, but armor. Not boldness, but fear.
And maybe…
Just maybe…
You’re ready to be whole.
So where do we go from here?
You don’t just “fix” pride like a leaky faucet. You bring it somewhere.
Better yet—you bring it to someone.
💓 The Sacred Heart: Heaven’s Safe Place for Hurting Souls
When Jesus says, “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest,”
He’s not offering a nap.
He’s offering Himself.
And the part of Him that holds that promise best?
His Heart.
Beating. Open. Pierced. Radiant.
The Sacred Heart of Jesus isn’t just a Catholic devotion—it’s the divine invitation to enter the one place where your pride doesn’t scare Him…
…and your wounds don’t overwhelm Him.
The Sacred Heart is tender and strong.
It burns with mercy but is never out of control.
It’s the seat of His love—the place where your false selves melt away and your true self finally breathes.
🔥 What Do You Do with Pride? Lay It at His Feet.
Before we walk into the Litany of Humility, let’s be clear:
This is not a prayer to “try harder.”
This is a prayer to lay it down.
But first, we need a moment to actually do that.
So right now, in your own words or using the prayer below, let’s bring your heart—wounded, defensive, hopeful—to His.
Because if you carry pride into the Litany, you’ll resent it.
But if you surrender pride before the Litany, you’ll be healed by it.
🙏 A Prayer of Entry into the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Jesus, I come.
I bring You the parts of me I usually protect.
The places I puff up because I’m afraid of being small.
The masks I wear because I don’t want to be seen as weak.
The walls I’ve built to keep people impressed—but far away.
I don’t want to live like this anymore.
I don’t want to defend my pride or hide my need.
I want to be healed. I want to be free.
So I place my heart inside Yours.
Let Your mercy undo what ego has built.
Let Your love rewire what fear has broken.
I give You permission to go deep.
And I trust You won’t break me.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You.
Make me more like You.
Amen.
💥 Ready for What’s Next?
Tomorrow we begin the Litany of Humility.
One line at a time. One day at a time.
Not for humiliation—but for liberation.
You’re not just going to read it.
You’re going to live it.
Because when the fear of being overlooked, misunderstood, or rejected no longer controls you…
you are finally free to love like Jesus.
So get some rest.
The revolution continues tomorrow.
