JoAnn’s Joynt 3: He Knew—and Still He Loved
Attribute of God: Omniscience
JoAnn’s Words:
“Remember the former things of old:
that I Am God, and there is none else;
I Am God, and there is none like Me;
declaring the end from the beginning,
and from ancient times things that are not yet done;
saying: ‘My Counsel shall stand, and all My Pleasure will I do.’”
Isaiah 46:9-10 ❤️🛐🕊️
“For The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword… able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to The Eyes of Him to Whom we must give an account.”
Hebrews 4:12-13 ❤️🛐🕊️
Patty’s Words:
Good Friday: a day we pause, reflect, and remember that Jesus didn't stumble into the cross. He walked toward it, eyes wide open. He saw everything. He knew the betrayal, the thorns, the lashes, the nails, and the agony. He knew our sin. And still—He loved. He chose it all.
He is the God who sees every motive, every failure, every crack in our hearts. And still—He calls us His own.
Ask Yourself:
What does it mean to be fully known… and fully loved?
Where am I hiding from a God who already sees me—completely?
Closing Thought / Prayer:
Jesus, on this holy day, I kneel before the cross in awe.
You saw it all—my sin, my struggles, my story—and You still chose love.
Help me rest in the truth that nothing is hidden from You…
and still, You stay. You save. You love.
Amen.
